About me

For Noah Villasenor, mortgage lending is about much more than closing loans. It’s about helping families put down roots, make smart financial decisions, and use real estate to create wealth that can last for generations.

Born in Ventura and raised in Fillmore, Noah has deep roots in Ventura County. He grew up working at Wm. L. Morris Chevrolet in Fillmore, starting out washing cars as a kid before becoming a salesperson at 18. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara, he eventually became a finance and sales manager, where he learned an important lesson that would shape his career: when someone trusts you with a major financial decision, you have a responsibility to truly take care of them.

After several years with ADP Dealer Services, Noah entered the mortgage industry in 2014 following a frustrating experience purchasing his own first home. As a first-time buyer, he felt he received very little education or guidance from his lender during one of the biggest financial decisions of his life.

He knew there had to be a better way.

Today, education is at the heart of Noah’s approach. Whether he’s helping a first-time buyer, an experienced real estate investor, or someone with a complicated financial situation, Noah takes the time to understand the whole picture—not just what someone qualifies for today.

That means talking about budget, lifestyle, future goals, existing real estate, and long-term wealth. It also means explaining the options clearly enough that clients understand not only what they’re doing, but why they’re doing it.

As a Certified Mortgage Advisor, Noah has access to a wide range of financing options and is particularly skilled at creative and outside-the-box scenarios. But he also believes the lowest rate on paper isn't automatically the best financial strategy. His goal is to help clients find the right financing for their life and build a plan that can continue working for them long after closing.

For homebuyers, Noah also works closely with their real estate agents to help strengthen offers and negotiate favorable terms. His long-standing relationships and reputation throughout the local real estate community can be especially valuable when clients are competing for a home.

And his commitment doesn't end when the loan closes.

Through his involvement with ProVisors and decades of relationships throughout the community, Noah has developed a network of trusted professionals in real estate, financial planning, insurance, accounting, legal services, and other fields. When his clients need help, Noah wants to be one of the first people they call.

That philosophy is personal.

Noah comes from a large local Mexican-American family, and his wife also comes from a deeply rooted local family. He attended Our Lady of the Assumption and St. Bonaventure, graduated from UC Santa Barbara, and remains closely connected to Ventura County's business, music, surf, and tiki communities. He first started surfing Ventura beaches at two years old and still considers the ocean—and the community surrounding it—a big part of who he is.

Ultimately, Noah's mission is simple: help people create wealth for their families while keeping families connected to the communities they love.

Because a home isn't just an asset. It's where birthdays are celebrated, kids grow up, friends gather, traditions begin, and memories are created.

Helping families get there—and helping that home become part of their long-term financial success—is why Noah does what he does.
